Casadei Busellato confirms its participation in Xylexpo 2026, bringing to the exhibition an offering that combines technological innovation, advanced digital services, and an increasingly partnership-oriented vision.

At Stand E11–F20 in Hall 14, the company will showcase solutions designed to meet the needs of a production environment that is ever more flexible, efficient, and connected, placing strong emphasis on the ability to adapt to different production models.

The highlight at the fair: the new EASY JET
Among the main innovations is EASY JET, a completely redesigned machine that best represents the technological evolution of Casadei Busellato.

Designed to ensure maximum flexibility and high performance, the new EASY JET efficiently meets a wide range of production needs. Its multi-zone worktable allows optimized vacuum management according to processing requirements, while the spoilboard wear monitoring system improves its utilization, reducing waste and operating costs.

The new CAD/CAM programming software, equipped with advanced features and an extensive app library, offers great versatility in processing operations, while simplifying the operator experience thanks to an intuitive, user-friendly HMI interface managed via touchscreen.

The machine is available in several versions: stand-alone, with unloading table, with part outfeed conveyor, or in a complete cell configuration, with the option to integrate an automatic labeling system on the infeed table.

FLEXA 43: performance and versatility for edgebanding
Also on display at the Casadei Busellato stand is the FLEXA 43 automatic edgebander, developed to ensure high performance and maximum versatility.

Equipped with the SmartControl S system featuring a 15” touchscreen and an intuitive interface, FLEXA 43 ensures ease of use and operational precision. The wide range of configurations and optional features makes it extremely flexible and suitable for different production needs, including the option to manage dual radius processing thanks to a dedicated kit.

Digital services: adding value to production
Special focus will also be placed on digital services, which are becoming increasingly central to the Casadei Busellato offering. Both showcased solutions are equipped with the Easy2Go Connect IoT system, enabling continuous monitoring of machine performance and condition, as well as constant access to technical support from the Casadei Busellato service team, optimizing maintenance activities.
