HISTORY OF CASADEI

Casadei was founded in 1945 when the first combination machines became popular in the traditional woodworking machinery market, starting large-scale production which, thanks to constant investment in human resources and applied technology, achieved worldwide recognized quality leadership.

The first Casadei production was launched under the brand L’Artigiana, which quickly spread all over the world.
Later, between the 1970s and 1990s, the company continued to expand its range of products with increasingly innovative technology (panel saws, sanders, moulders, and edge banders), characterized by a high level of quality and reliability.

HISTORY OF BUSELLATO

Busellato S.p.A. was founded in 1956 and immediately proved to be one of the most important industrial companies in the woodworking machinery and wood-based materials sector.

Already in 1967, with almost 40 workers, the company introduced the Favorit model to the market, the first automatic drilling machine able to perform all drilling operations at any angle.

From the 1970s, product development was a continuous series of innovations:
•    1970 first fully automatic drilling/dowel insertion machine
•    1976 first CNC machining center for drilling and milling operations
•    1981 first multiple drilling machine with fully electronic control and more than 20 controlled axes
•    1990 new family of machining centers called JET
