Casadei Busellato, in its philosophy of "Customer Oriented", this year will also be present at the exhibition with a dedicated desk "Customer Care Casadei" and "Customer Care Busellato". In this way we offer our customers and distributors the opportunity to have an specialized engineer to analyze any possible problem you may have. Please note that for an easier product identification you must always communicate the serial number of the machine.
TRADITIONAL MACHINES BASIC-PLUS-TOP RANGE
The classic machine range “Basic” of circular saws “SC30P” and “SC40P” can be equipped with the new squaring frame to compensate the angular working position that ensures processing flexibility in any condition.
New options for the circular saws XENIA 30, XENIA 40, XENIA 60 and XENIA 70, such as pre-arrangement for DADO, that allows to fit a tool and expandable saw. Possibility to equip XENIA 30 and 40 with pre-arrangement for processing of other materials like plastic and some type of metal increasing the flexibility.
CASADEI SPECIAL MACHINES
PANEL SIZING SAWS
brushless motors on the whole range ensure high working speed positioning accuracy. New options for the Casadei panel sizing saws of the series AXO 200, such as double carriage, optimization of the horizontal movement of the blade, that increase flexibility and productivity, post-forming scoring blade for a perfect cutting.
EDGEBANDERS
The most important innovation of this exhibition is the Flexa 47XE, machine with controlled axis that allows complete automation of the set-up process and increase of the productivity, thanks to the elimination of setting times of the units according to the required processing.
Increased performance for Flexa 207 Super and Flexa 307 with the new rounding unit “A2 Super” that allow to process up to 60 mm.
Available on range Flexa 47, Flexa 207 Super and Flexa 307 the edge gluing system with hot air “Air Jet Package” that assures perfect finishing, especially on edge with same colour of the panel. The system does not use glue but specific edges, with decorative layer and functional layer with adhesive properties, that allows the edge application on the panel.
BORING MACHINES AND WORKING CENTRES
BORING MACHINE JET SMART
Flexibility, speed and easy setting are the main features of the machine which ensures high productivity and a perfect drilling in any working condition.
The machine is equipped with a boring head of 18 spindles and can be fitted with electrospindle for horizontal routings. Head sliding on prismatic, linear guides that ensures precise positioning. The drilling system from the top is the optimal choice for a perfect drilling without errors. The automatic panel dimension measure device allows to correct any difference between real panel length and the one set by the operator
WORKING CENTRES
Flexibility and high performances: always been the goal of Busellato working centres.
Starting from the exhibition, all Busellato working centres will be equipped with the new CAD/CAM system of latest generation and integrated environment, that can operate only as single design, as well as on machine board.
The machine is equipped with a high performance graphic editor, with typical functions of an
CAD drawing program.
Easy Jet with single working table for nesting processing and Jet Optima T5, flexible and reliable working centre for processing of panels and solid wood, with the possibility of standard loading in Y of 1900 mm. panels, and as option up to 2250 mm.
The versatility of machining offered by the 5 axis unit makes the Jet Optima T5 the ideal machine for modern artisans that require fast and various machining without renouncing to high quality.
